Abstract

Definitions and: are based on the accepted evidence-based consensus of the International Classification of Functioning (ICF), Disability and Health [1]. The ICF categorizes health conditions and disability based on functional metrics in comparison to the International Classification of Disease (ICD) that focuses mainly on disease-specific conditions [2].
