Abstract

Esophageal carcinoma is a rare but recognized source of intracerebral metastatic tumors. The case of a 62-year-old man with an isolated intracerebral metastasis from this primary focus is presented and discussed. Total excision was followed by complete resolution of the patient's neurological deficit.
