Abstract

A case of Hodgkin's disease involving the esophagus and diagnosed during life is presented with the postmortem findings. Five additional cases are recorded from a series of 160 complete postmortem examinations of patients with Hodgkin's disease. The literature is briefly reviewed with respect to the diagnosis and treatment of this disorder.
