N2 - Childhood aneurysms have special characteristics different from adults' aneurysms. Their features were found to significantly differ from aneurysms in adults especially in their gender prevalence, location, morphology and underlying etiology. Treatment options include both surgical and endovascular methods. Whenever possible, endovascular treatment for pediatric aneurysms is the recommended approach, since it offers both reconstructive and deconstructive techniques, durable results and better clinical outcome.
