Abstract
The correspondence between the Fc markers and the TH2- markers on T cells was studied utilizing an autoantibody to a TH2- T-cell subset. This antibody was obtained from a patient with acquired agammaglobulinemia. Lymphocytotoxicity studies and analysis by fluorescence-activated cell sorting show that Tμ cells are enriched in the TH2- helper T cell subset defined by the autoantibody.
