Abstract

We describe herein the clinical and sonographic features of a patient in whom documented trauma to the testicle resulted in torsion and hemorrhagic infarction. The presence of intratesticular air, not predicted preoperatively, however, would have perhaps suggested the nonsalvageability of the patient's testis.
