Syncope at altitude: An enigmatic case

Abstract

We report a case of a young boy with recurrent episodes of syncope at elevated altitude. While not conforming to common presentations of altitude sickness, the differential diagnoses and possible etiologies are discussed. Pediatr Pulmonol. 2014; 49:E144–E146.
