Abstract

We will present data which show clinical and biological overlap of OCD with a group of related disorders. Our group is currently studying patients with OCD, BDD, Tourette's syndrome, pathological gambling, depersonalization, impulsive personality disorders and trichotillomania on biological challenges (m-CPP, clonidine), neuropsychiatric assessment and treatment (fluvoxamine, clomipramine). These disorders also show a preferential response to SRIs.
