Abstract

A2058 human melanoma cell migration to soluble type IV collagen (CIV) is primarily mediated by α2β1 integrin. This paper discusses results that suggest a potential down regulatory role of [Ca2+]i in α2β1 integrin-mediated A2058 cell migration to CIV.
