Abstract

Deploying patient Knowledge Graphs based on Semantic Technologies offers improved patient care and revolutionizes care models and medical research. Knowledge Graphs provide the ability to search the information that's available in a much more efficient way in order to find patterns in the data and to use those patterns for clinical purposes to improve clinical outcomes.
