IVITA: Intravital Imaging Tissue Alignment

Abstract

We report a multimodal imaging alignment technique termed intravital imaging tissue alignment (IVITA) which enables researchers to match up dynamic cellular behavior with cellular identity and functional state across large tissue areas.
