Abstract

The man who seeks treatment for impotence typically has a sense of inadequacy that extends beyond sexual satisfaction to his business and personal relationships. Although no magic potion is available, current medial technology allows the surgeon to accommodate each patients who seeks treatment, guaranteeing sufficient penile rigidity to effect coitus.
