Abstract

The authors regret to inform that there was a typographical error in the published page proofs of the manuscript. The correct ICD-9 code utilized to identify patients undergoing surgical mitral valve repair (SMVr) was 35.12 and not 35.97 as published in the original proofs of the manuscript.
