Project Narrative The proposed research will investigate the mechanism of action of a frequently mutated tumor suppressor in breast cancer. Understanding functions and mechanisms of action of a frequently mutated human cancer driver will greatly advance our knowledge of the causes of human cancer and provide foundations for developing targeted cancer therapies.
