Description
Project Narrative
A clinical gap exists for patients with KRAS mutated CRC with fewer treatment options and lack of appropriate
responsiveness to newly emerging immune therapy. We will explore the immune stimulation characteristics of
reovirus and further follow the contribution of autophagic pathway in the process. Results will provide valuable
insight that can be utilized to strategize an effective immune therapy for immune deserted KRAS mutated CRC
patients.
